Workshop Mod for Free Roads

I could have sworn there was a mod that made the dirt roads free. Does anyone know if this is a thing? Am I just somehow missing the mod? If this isn't a thing, anyway someone might be able to throw this together and plop it out there or teach me how to change the price of the roads myself?

Why make dirt roads free? The cost of dirt roads is not expensive

I got a TON of other things I'm throwing wood at, and I LOVE my roads... I have tons of roads going everywhere. I don't like starting my town so close to my castle, but due to the cost of roads and the small circle for the castle at the start of the game, I'm restricted. It would be more helpful just at the start of the game more than anything.

This is something that needs to be planned after the urban development reaches a certain scale. I prefer to renovate the town through demolition and construction rather than fixing the building layout from the beginning.
