Get/buy skill points (mb cheat)

I'm looking for a mod: Get/buy skill points.

I added a mod to increase the maximum level of lords to 60 and get an additional level point for every 10 levels. Unfortunately I did not get my 5 skill points.

Use the console commands mod, or the cheat engine table for warhammer 3. Or radious overhaul, it has 2 skill points per level by default, which can be increased to 4 with submods.
