Report a translation problem
The only real way to fix it is to uninstall, delete the installation files (right click program, browse local files, just delete the folder)
Delete:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\261550
(I think, it can differ)
and the files in the documents folder related to the game.
There's also some crud in AppData but try to leave that alone first, it shouldn't be important. If it still don't work, take it out behind the shed.
thanks for your comment, i moved the saves to another separate folder and deleted the saves that had those mods from the game, i will follow your advice but im kinda resignated to start from scratch :(
