im looking for a mod that adds more decisions to create a new empire. like how you can do with rome, the hre, and several others. and also reworks the borders of some empire/kingdom de jures. for example, scandinavia doesnt have orkney and shetland, and also doesnt have finland *finland would be its own empire i guess* and maybe west slavia has prussia instead of the baltic empire? another thing is pomerania, make obotritia and nordmark or whatever they are called apart of the kingdom of germany, and maybe a mod that adds a decision to move the kingdom of burgundy into lotharingia *like in real life* these are just suggestions for a mod. since the things im looking for dont actually exist in any mod. also maybe a mod that lets you change holy sites for a new religion or reformed faith? if any of you are actually willing to make an empire/kingdom de jure border rework and the holy sites things, then that'd be cool.
