If you cant find them, I think nothing and nobody can help you: like you have hundred manuals all over internetz, all of them telling you where is it. You have search tool on pc, which can find it in seconds. You have only four possible locations where are CoH1 files, so even manually you should find it in two minutes. And yet, you are asking here.
If you can't find worldbuilder, you can't work with it also, as it needs IQ90 and more.
