Greed enemy spawn bug

When I start a Greed run, appears dark holes in the ground instead of enemies. I try to turn off the mods and that works. My problem is that I have lots of mods and I dont know which one cause this.
Anyone knows????

Disable half of them. Does it still happen?
Yes: the responsible mod is in the enabled half. Repeat on that one.
No: the responsible mod is in the disabled half. Repeat on that one.

Repeat until you identify the mod causing the issue, get rid of it. (Or all of them, if several.)
