i cant imagine many people wanting to participate in something like this especially since most people are pretty bad at making custom test chambers and the ones that are good usually use hammer instead of peti. most people also just arent interested in custom test chambers. if you look at how many people purchased the game and the most subscribed custom test chamber there will still be millions of players difference.
