"mobility" would be the only important stat because of the "at least 8" deployment slot:
The sum of the movement/turn speed penalty.
It may be confusing: Suppose a rifle has -1.8 and a pistol has -0.5.
If you equip only a rifle, the mobility square would be 8.
If you equip both, 7: as if the pistol has a -1 penalty.
"maneuverability" would be the length of "the gun + arm (how to hold)":
Pistols are a bit less "maneuverable" because troopers stretch their arms when holding pistols.
But when they leave obstacles, pistols are much quicker to raise again than rifles: see readyTime.
