PD Alchemist Nerf
I really don't like this change.

Why would you add a cooldown to the blight skills on the path that is supposed to BUFF blight skills. There's no reason to take alchemist now over wanderer. PD's average damage with blight is going to be better on Wanderer than in alchemist because she doesn't have to waste a turn waiting for Plague Grenade to come off cooldown.

The only region where blight peircing really mattered was in the Foeter. Outside of that the cooldown really makes alchemist worse than wanderer.

The bonus resistences are still nice but considering how much health you're giving up, it's not enough to make a cooldown on PD's blight skills feel worth it.

Nevermind, the patch notes said that the change was only to alchemist, apparently it affects all her paths as well.

Still don't like this nerf.
Plague grenade is so strong it sorely needed either a nerf or a cooldown. You can still hit both backline enemies every turn if you rotate between grenade and blinding gas. But of course bad players relying on OP skills aren't gonna like their OP skills getting some much-needed and long overdue balancing.
PLague doctor was GOD tier,now it is just S tier.And plague doctor still better utility/healer then Vestal on top.

I guess that's fair. I honestly would've preferred a nerf to either it's pen or damage rather than the cooldown personally.
