Mods not loading

I have some 90 mods i want to use. But when I load them in new game, only few get to the created game. I dont understand why, because i can load them one by one in the created world.

The problem Is that some mods spawn items or props, whitch cant be done when the world is created.

Someone know how to fix?

P.S. I run the public beta game
