First of all thank you for your service (all service members deserve respect no matter their country) and I suggest if anything contacting the project Ares team and making it yourself based on their framework. Finding someone that would do it for you would be very hard to do, and would probably be much easier if you made it yourself, just ask for permission to use their framework of course. I would help but I don’t know as of now how to properly mod in units.
