Ranked mode in DOTA 2
I have a problem with the Ranked mode in DOTA 2. After completing the 100 hours of gameplay required to play this mode, a message appears saying 'REMOVE ASSOCIATED PHONE.' I proceed to do so, but when I try to remove it, a message pops up saying 'AN UNKNOWN ERROR OCCURRED DURING THE PHONE REMOVAL.' How can I solve this problem or what is the reason for it?
