Games Keeps Crashing. But...

It's been happening for a while and couldn't find the root of the problem, but im starting to think it might be some mods that i am using. Any suggestions of mods i should not use to avoid crashing?

Probably you'll need to make a collection that lists all mods you use first, so people can see the mods & tell you which ones have possibility to crash the game.
