Whats the big issues may i ask? My comment was a while ago and i since started using DAVE for shogun 2. So far it works fine to do what i wanted. But noticed bugs like i do not even export the start pos i edited battle entity yet if i export ONLY battle entity it exports the start pos changes too! It also does not see any strings for start pos it has to be done via the workaround method i found on TWcenter.
Sooo to do a mod i would need to reset the database for each new mod. I guess thats annoying but workable. I just put all my mods now into one pack and put up with it.
I noticed also no one answered the OP. OP the atilla toolkit is on steam. Just find the assembly kit check your library i think if you own the game you own the assembly kit. Just start it via steam and then you got to find the readme on the next bits. On steam the workshop has a link to the guide it tells you exactly how to do mods.
