how to add net_fakelag in CS2, please help
hello, can anyone know how to add "net_fakelag" in cs2?

last time I used in July 2024,by adding in Launch Option by add " -dev" . But this time it always said "[Networking] Not allowed to change net_fakelag"

it very useful to playing in offline game but got ping when playing with bot. Please anyone help if you know something about it, thanks :)
