are the skins on steam becoming unsafe?

i got scammed two times on the steam , knife ursus and gloves ,
I'm afraid to invest in CS2 because I feel insecure on Steam, scamming is easy.

a lil tip in general DONT TRADE 90% of trade offers are scams, there are ways to trade safely but it isnt reliable, you are better of marketing skins then buy the ones you want on market
