Addon Issues
I'm having a bit of trouble. A mod is making the combine soldiers get replaced with a proto tyrant from Resident Evil 0 with a headcrab. Does anyone have any idea what mod is doing this?

Start by making a preset and disabling all map and model addons, then restart the game and see if that fixes it.
