From what I know, it's been updated and steam is putting it through an automated check thing to make sure it's good. This is the second time it's happened, and it seems the check has gotten a LOT longer since last time.
I wouldn't be too worried, though if you're having trouble finding it you can try checking out the creator's other mods in their workshop page and clicking the subscribe button there.
