Fallout VATS

could someone make a fallout vats mod with the targeting and stuff, the last addon I found was last updated in 2016

hello, Im not a addon geek but getting VAT's perfected is honestly hard. You have to get a hud from a fallout and then make it bined to a key and THEN have it to lock onto NPC's IN VIEW.

In theory its gonna take months maybe a year to perfect an "Fallout VATS" addon since its extremely difficult and needs a heavily skilled addoner. Also the audio itself.

So i mean itd be epic but u know.
