I tried many mod, but the only working one is command console, i download from workshop, tick the checklist in game but nothing happen. for example changing avatar mod, i dont get the item to change the avatar

I want NPC stat rebalance, spawn NPC mod, and join any sect mod, so i can do anything in a single playthrough

anyone know what happen?
