I am literally stuck because of that problem, for some unknown reasons texture on my npc don't appear, but i literally checked everything, vmt file, qc file, smd file, i checked it all so many times, and everything is ok but for some reason my model dont have texture (black violet textures instead) i spent so many hours trying to understand or find the issue, spoke with chatgpt about it, but no result. Can it be problem with crowbar ? It behave kinda strange las time, i deleted and reinstalled it but it changed nothing, or can it also blender smd export issue ? I dont actually remember when i made texture for my npc, maybe i exported smd file before made texture, can it also be a issue?
