My CS2 account has been locked for 7 days because I left a match. However, this was my first time leaving a game, and I didn’t expect such a long ban for a first offense.
I kindly ask if it’s possible to review my profile and either lift the suspension or reduce the ban duration. I would really appreciate your help.
