tmodloader

I own a legal copy of terraria, from steam, and I can play it no problem, BUT... I can't install or add tmodloader into my library, wtf? it says I have "no licenses" but I can't figure out how that is possible. I OWN A LEGAL COPY OF TERRARIA FROM STEAM. HOW CAN I NOT INSTALL A MOD FOR IT!?

Your name on Steam lacks a mouse icon when posting in the Terraria forms - according to Steam itself, no, you don't own Terraria on Steam. Do you actually just have it through Steam's family sharing system, or something similar?
