Stationary NPCS & Armor manipulation
I'm looking for a mod to make custom hostile NPCS (most of them VJ based) stationary (to simulate soldiers at a blockade behind sandbags say using cover to shoot players). I also need something that allows me to edit the max value of another player's armor on my server, I have one for health.

AKA from 100 to 300. That way they can pick up various health packs to get them back to 300 ETC since I'm using some OP hostile NPCS as well. Lan.
