Best mods to make NPC's more realistic?

Every time I shoot an NPC with a gun, they die in like 3 hits? Is there any mods to make NPC's health and damage to them more realistic?

Actually that is quite realistic. Guns are deadly.

However, if you want to make NPC health higher...

VJ Base: tweak difficulty setting in options

ZBase: tweak hp multiplier settings

Base Game NPCs: try various AI overhaul mods.
