I want to use some sort of mod that makes a run endless, or at least makes it significantly longer. perhaps a loop mechanic like Risk of Rain 2. I know there's a mod called More Room, but that's not what I'm looking for, although making floors bigger would be welcome also.

Perhaps this mod would increase the max level cap of some skills also, allowing them to become extremely powerful later on. make enemies scale higher somehow, adding danger to press forward, while also keeping the player in a good getting stronger phase constantly. add more item tiers, even add more items in general, just so one run might be very different from another. (Perhaps go further and make the run start out where you have nothing, but your class defines what you should be aiming for.)

If you're wondering the major reason why I want a mod like this is because the repetition of the game becomes more obvious to me with each run, realizing that certain criteria have to be met in order to actually "Win". and removing winning entirely, making the experience more of a "see how long you can survive" rather than "Get it right or you fail." would add a whole new twist to the way the game is played.

perhaps the idea is ambitious of me, I can't even program the simplest thing on my own. but it's also an idea that I'm shocked I haven't found someone who's already done it. (The endless mode part mostly, not the other stuff.) Not sure if it's simply too hard to program either.
