Question about Vampires and Lycans in GoT?

I just wanted to ask if anyone knows of any issues with running the two mods together? Are they compatible or would I have to choose between them?

It will all depend on how the traits are created for each one of the mods. If they create their own folder for the traits they have created you should not have an issue but if they use the vanilla folder and added traits to that folder one will overwrite the other.
