City under siege gives 0 turns until surrender on the first attack
I'm plaiyng a new campaign, and I'm having this issue, when an enemy comes to my cities, they always give me 0 turns until surrender, so I must deal with the army immediatly, or i loos on time on the first turn, anyone have seen this issue?
I'm playin in Ubuntu 22 with the compatibility tool proton experimental
