Bought DLCs and starting a new save but England league mod not working

My other mods, Germany, France etc are ok but whatever I try I cant get the England one to work? Has anything changed in that regard?

If there are any changes regarding balance (for example, team power, changed attributes of the footballers, changed skill, changed number of teams in a league etc), this mod is considered to be played in the Sandbox mode only, and so it's not visible in the default game mode.

Start a new game in the Sandbox, and you should see it.
