How to collapse Mittelafrica in Kaiserredux

I saw on the Kaiderreich Wiki that the stability should be > -40%. I have -100, and everything is fine. Will it collapse on a certain date later or how?

is it after 1938? the in game guide says that MAF can only fall in 1938

The collapse can only start via console commands / debug decisions or at the end of 1938 as far as I know

It can collapse in late 38 without Goring if you have low stability
