Inclusive mods for Trans/NonBinary Character Creation/Clothing?
Let me start with, I will not tolerate any transphobia at all! If you don't like trans/nb/intersex ppl wanting representation and more inclusive character creations, just leave instead cause this don't concern you none then.

I like PZ but I'm often struggling to pick a M or F character when I like being androgynous and I'd love to have some gender affirming things like a chest binder or top surgery scars for characters. Is there mods that do this?
If not that Ill take a mod that has femme/masc model variations for the Male and Female character selection or being able to toggle beards on female characters.

I want to have a rp character but I cant see myself in a M or F character without any options for these things. Ive tried just working with what I got but... I want a mod for more gender inclusivity, where can I find this?

A challenge you will face with adjusting the body model means adjusting any clothing that isn't just a texture on the base skin. To add a third body shape as a mod would mean replacing either male or female with the new shape and redoing all the clothes that no longer fit.

Some of your other ideas should be doable; beards for all characters, you can easily add surgery scars with an addon for Spongie's Character Customisation, a quick edit of the translation files can change Male/Female to Human/Human (or any other text)

If there are no existing mods, that means this is a good place for you to get started with some basic modding!

Just pick a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ male and dress up as a woman, so easy.

I'm non-binary/agender and furry adjacent, so I use the anthro mod/scalie submod to get my fix. I usually play with the macho body but pick a more femme or dubious voice type. It seems like it would be short work to do a texture for scars and the existing bandeau pretty much looks like a binder. I'll see if I can whip something up this weekend. Oddly enough even without the zombie element, the gameplay already reflects what it would be like to be gender nonconforming in 1993 kentucky!

i really like what they did with the voices in this game with the b42 thing.
being able to have different voice tones regardless of your character's gender is awesome.

this would be a really good start.
of course the clothing mesh clipping is a problem, but that could be sorted out.

Thank you for a real answer. I love PZ but I guess I didn't realize how transphobic the community apparently is

Not satire, trans, nonbinary and gender nonconforming people exist and would love some thought towards us in the video games we love but often feel left out of. ♥♥♥♥ off if you cant handle that, this discussion space isn't for you then

Happy pride!!!

Oh really! I haven't touched 42 much at all yet. Waiting for friends to start a server when there is multiplayer on that build.
