any good mod which overhaul the vanilla game?

any good mod which overhaul the vanilla game? Something similar to banner kings,but less boring about title claims. I m looking for something which makes the game more spicy, such has the creation of new factions from zero or more mercenaries and indipendant clans form the start, or any foreign invasion happening in the middle of the game

Calradia Expanded and Calradia At War might be what you're looking for. Adds new kingdoms and a bunch of minor factions like cults and dissident/rebel groups.
