Trouble making a modded dedicated server
It's my first time trying to setup a modded server and I keep coming across this issue where (im guessing that) the server tries to update the mods but it can't. It does it with every mod that I put in. I've also noticed that the server will start up if I leave "Steam Workshop" blank without any mods inside.

I used mod manager: server to put in all the mods, and ive also done it manually.

I attached a small bit of the cmd where I think the issue might be.
