I'm trying to dial the infection mechanics up to full-blown nightmare mode. Specifically, I'm looking for a mod (or a way to tweak the game) so that any scratch from a zombie is 100% guaranteed to infect.

Does a mod like this already exist? If not, is it doable with Lua tweaks or sandbox settings? Ideally looking for something clean, server-compatible, and aggressive. Just want to make every encounter feel lethal.
