I was thinking 'bout making a mod where postcards would act like newspapers n' fliers and would pop up an image on the screen when you look at them. I was just wondering if anybody knew some tips on how to even go 'bout doing that. I ain't a programmer or nothing every mod I have made has used a template somebody else has made and I think this would be a good learning experience.

I would try my best to make these postcards fit with the style of the game, they won't have ingame type visuals like current newspapers n' fliers do. They will be real pictures of real places, but I will try to pixelize them and play round with them to try and somewhat fit the game. I also will try my best not include pictures that include buildings, monuments, areas that didn't exist in 1993. Like for example with Las Vegas I wouldn't use a picture that has rhe New York New York Casino in it as it was built in the Late 90s.

Anyway anybody who can help with any information on how I could tackle this would be very appreciated!
