Mage of Fables has Stellaris

Nine Sols Idea

I can picture an event based on the game, Nine Sols.

At the start of a new game, if they play as the United Nations of Earth, you get reports of a ruined Megatructure around the Sun. Researching the mysterious ruins, the player will discover a vast city and learn that eon ago, humanity was put in there by an ancient cat-like race. The player discover coordinates to a new star system and find a planet called Old Kunlun.

If you haven't tried it, you might want to play the origin "On the Shoulders of Giants." It's not exactly the same as what you're describing, but it has a lot of similarities.
