dismantle? always get back for this building?

Hello all, is there only the global setting "min dismantle materials percentages" for getting items back when you dismantle? Or is there a way for a specific building to make sure the player always gets back the build materials?

Only the global. If you want only a specific building to always give 100% of its materials back, you must change it to only cost a single item, like how sleeping bags work.
