Just kill all the UC nobles/leaders and Tinfist. The cities end up in mostly ruins with cannibals roaming the desert. Same with destroying the HN, ends up with fogman everywhere in HN territory.

That's what I figured I'l do but there has to be a mod out there that does it for me

I think it can be a fun challenge just trying to survive a ruined world, no shops, no cities to hide at ect...

Here you go, I've always been a little tempted to make a mod that flips all world states just for myself, so this just gave me the excuse to make one. :)

I decided not to flip all world states, as a lot of them make the world more peaceful by removing bandits and such. So I left all hostile factions up, so they can add to the chaos.
