any good Espionage mods?

Is there any that allows to take a citizen from a empire and convert to your side or steal ship design?

there's already the "seize asset" operation to steal, a singular guy in the empire. As for the ship design itself, essentially just steal tech or use your intel on an empire you're targeting to look closer at their ship. you can, if you have enough intel on an empire get to look at their ship design.
