Mod that breaks secondary resource gathering. Has anyone encountered this?
I don't know which mod is causing it and at this point I don't want to spend half a day experimenting to find it after I already spent half a day juggling my mod manager to figure out how to get the game to run with mods that were updated to 4.0 and were supposed to work. I'm not asking anyone to do the work for me, I'm just checking in to see if someone has encountered this problem already and knows which mod is the culprit?

The mechanic that's broken is the secondary resource mechanic: like how planetary deposits that are meant to give a certain number of resources per 100 miners, or the strategic resource industry buildings add a certain number of resources per 100 artisans or metallurgists. This mechanic is not working for me. Has anyone else already encountered the problem, and is it a mod causing it, and if so, which one?
