Boat Engine Issues

Hey guys. I'm having problems with my exhaust ports right now, and I've tried everything. Turning the engines around, fewer or more catalytic converters, can someone take a look at this and tell me what they see? Because I think that's what's hindering the performance of the engine right now, or it could be something else, I don't know. The link to the boat is down below.

the exhaust is hooked up great, the coolant is what you should be looking at, the pipes need to go into a radiator, and not use seawater, this is key when you get to modular engines. And you "gears" aren't hooked up to anything, there is no gear box. You are running on direct drive 25 rps.
