The mods I originally installed no longer appear in the main list they’re only visible through "My Subscriptions." I can only subscribe to other mods via the mod developer’s page, not directly through the Workshop. The most interesting part is that my friend, who has 0 mods installed, sees all 199 mods just fine in the Workshop. It seems like something starts working incorrectly as soon as you install mods through the Workshop.
(Solved)
I found a solution to the problem with mods not showing up in the Workshop. Here's how to fix it:
1. Click your account icon in the top-right corner of Steam.
2. Go to Store Preferences.
3. Find to the Mature Content Filtering section.
4. Tick all boxes (both Store & Community)
After doing this, all missing mods became visible again. It worked for me hope it helps you too! Thanks to (一杯浊酒甘泥酿)
I think the best you can do now is go to collections and not items in workshop. Check what mods people have in their collections, hope they have what you need and subscribe from there.
1. Click your account icon in the top-right corner of Steam.
2. Go to Store Preferences.
3. Find to the Mature Content Filtering section.
4. Tick all boxes (both Store & Community)
