Mods cannot be deleted
I had some mods installed outside of steam workshop.
I uninstalled them.
However if I start the game via Steam I still see the mods in the Mod-Starter...

New mods from the workshop are not visible in the Mod-Starter....any idea what I could do?

1. Delete mods
2. Play new mods from the workshop
