Hi everyone
I dont know how feasible this is, or how many people might agree, but it frustrates me that surface empires can remove all those pesky mountains using Earth Shatter to give more annexable provinces, but underground empires are hemmed in by a lot more bedrock, which can place you very much at the mercy of the RMG.
The only mods that seem to do this no longer seem to be updated.
This could be by modifying Earth Shatter, or by introducing a new spell (unlocked by a race trait, society trait, or tome. Whatever is easiest really.
I am willing to learn if someone could help me get started, so I could maintain it myself if nobody wants that hassle.
