Workshop Unsuscribed items still taking space

I unsuscribed some custom maps , around 6 , the problem is , i forgot to connect my external HDD (This game is not installed on my internal storage) , so when i connect my hdd , i see the mods are still installed , steam says my workshop folder is around 11gb , but instead my folder is 28 gb , because mods are still there , how i can uninstall manually or something?

Locate the "steamapps" file on the drive and go to "workshop -> content -> 311210". All workshop content for BO3 is stored here. You can safely delete anything in that file location with no issues. Because everything is stored as a series of numbers, you'll need to go into each folder and snoop around for the maps you don't want anymore. Otherwise you'll need to delete everything you wanted to keep
