Mods not showing

I downloaded a few workshop mods, but they only show in the 'Steam Workshop' tab, There is nothing except the original mods from the games, they don't show in the 'Mods' tab

Same here, I subscribed to one mod and its not showing in content manager under mods. I also watched steam download the mod after selecting and it still didnt show
