Hey everyone,

I have 1,900+ hours in CK3, and while I love the game, it’s starting to feel repetitive. I want to create a historically immersive and challenging mod that brings full flavor to the Kartvelian (Georgian) culture.

My main goals:

• Long-Term Conflict (STRUGGLE):
  I want to introduce a new struggle system focusing on the Kartvelians (Georgians), with accurate historical challenges, diplomacy, and warfare.
  
  
• New Buildings & Soldiers:
  Adding culturally relevant structures and soldier types to make the region more unique.
  
  
• More Historically Accurate Map for Kartvelians:
  Adjusting borders, rulers, and historical accuracy.
  
  
• Hard/Realism Mode:
  
  More realistic battles (higher attrition, longer recovery, more reliance on tactics).
  Harsher diplomacy (stronger penalties for betrayals, fewer easy alliances).
  Economic & Religious challenges that make stability harder to maintain.

I have some experience with the game but not much with modding, so I’d appreciate any resources, tutorials, or advice on where to start.

Has anyone worked on similar mods before? Any tips?
