Only-counties start mod?
Hey! anyone know if there is a mod where the game starts with no empires, kingdoms or duchies created yet? I think it could be an interesting game that starts each county as an independent state...

The mods that are still on the Workshop are most likely outdated.
You could try them nevertheless.

The Holy Fury DLC has the Shattered World option.
