Missing "vcd" files in custom maps
Whenever I play any custom maps no npc dialogue is ever heard. and I get messages in console like:

Scene 'scenes\Expressions\citizen_normal_idle_01.vcd' missing!
Scene 'scenes\Expressions\citizen_scared_idle_01.vcd' missing!

is this because of a workshop addon? or something from my custom folders?
