Just got a new (crappy) ebay laptop that has the ability to work mods online perfectly fine. The issue? As soon as I boot into the game offline, no mods appear in the subscribed section.
I currently dont have internet with my current living situation, I'm currently posting this question via my phone.
I remember using a converter to make mods work offline for gmod, is there anyway I can make the 5 gigs worth of mods work offline for hl2 as well?
